Our expert Aesthetician will provide a complimentary consultation to determine the best treatment and skincare products to achieve your desired goals. It is advisable to avoid direct sun exposure and tanning booths for at least 24 hours before your appointment to prevent skin irritation or damage. Additionally, refrain from using harsh exfoliants or skin treatments. Lastly, discontinue the use of Retin-A products three nights before your treatment.  

What To Expect During a HydraFacial Treatment 

During the treatment, a device is used to cleanse the skin, removing dead skin cells and debris. This is followed by an acid peel that penetrates deep into the pores to remove impurities and unclog blocked pores. Finally, nourishing serums are applied to hydrate and brighten the skin, leaving you with a radiant and youthful complexion. With no downtime required, a HydraFacial treatment will leave you looking refreshed and revitalized. 

What To Expect After a HydraFacial Treatment

HydraFacial® is a suitable treatment option for healthy adults of all skin tones and skin types. However, the best way to find out if HydraFacial® is the optimal treatment approach for you is to meet with one of the experts at Coachlight for a consultation.

While HydraFacial® can resolve many skin concerns, some facial rejuvenation goals, such as severe skin laxity, may require more aggressive cosmetic treatments to achieve an ideal outcome. Additionally, patients with certain types of skin irritation or damage in the treatment area, including sunburned skin, rosacea, and rashes, will likely need to complete a targeted pre-treatment protocol to ensure complete healing before undergoing this procedure.

Before Your Treatment

  • Stop retinol use 1 week prior to treatment, and exfoliating active ingredients like scrubs and acids 5 days prior.
  • Limit direct sun exposure for 72 hours prior to treatment. We cannot treat you if you are sunburned.

Hydrafacial works to bring impurities to the surface and remove them—you may experience slight purging after. This is a good sign that the treatment is hard at work!

SPF will be applied after your facial. Use SPF daily to protect your skin.

Your provider will make recommendations for a gentle skincare routine for approximately 1 week—no facial exfoliation.

Each treatment lasts between 45 and 60 minutes depending upon the customized needs of your skin. As with all great skin care, a treatment plan is designed with your primary needs in mind.
