Aesthetic Club Membership Frequently Asked Questions

The Coachlight Aesthetic Club Membership is an annual program that allows members to “bank” $199 monthly towards all Coachlight aesthetic treatments and in-store products. Members can use their membership funds to purchase regular priced treatments and products at their own pace.

All members enjoy a 10% discount on all regularly priced aesthetic services and products. Members can save or spend their membership bank funds at anytime. Current members are also eligible to receive a complimentary cosmetic surgery consultation ($150 value) at Des Moines Plastic Surgery.

The initial contract is for 12 months.  After the initial 12-months it is month to month and a 30-day notice requirement to cancel. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused services. Your Membership is nontransferable and non-refundable.

Yes! You can start receiving your membership benefits right away.

Your reoccurring $199 monthly membership balance is issued every 15th of the month after the card on file has been processed.

Membership funds and benefits are only valid to the individual member and cannot be shared or transferred.
