Refer your friends for a non-surgical service and they receive $50 off their procedure. To thank you for referring friends and family, you will receive a $50 gift card to be used on your next choice of non-surgical services listed below:

Here is how it works! Ask a friend or family member, who you think would love the services we offer, to call our office for an appointment. Ask them to mention your name when they call so that we can document that the customer was referred by you. Once your friend or family member has come into our office and spent at least $200 on their first appointment, we will send you a $50 gift card. Only one $50 gift card can be used at each of your appointments, but you can refer as many customers as you like!

Good for services only. Cannot be combined with another promotion or discount. Cannot be applied as payment toward an existing balance. A minimum $200 purchase is required for new patients. New customers can only receive one $50 discount. Each friend or family member referred must be a new customer to Des Moines Plastic Surgery and/or Coachlight Clinic & Spa.
